As a Behavior Designer, I help create solutions that change behavior. If I am unable to change my own desired behaviors, how can I help others, be it family, friends, or clients do the same?

There’s a longer story associated with my meditation practice, which I am always excited and happy to share. Overall, meditation brings me clarity and balance in my mind, emotion, body, and energy. With more clarity, I perceive reality more as it is and with more compassion.
